最近在通过xmpp上传头像时候,需要将UIImage对应的NSData转换为NSString,但是试过description,不行,原来NSString不能简单的转换为NSData,所以才有了nsdata这个类来表述特殊的数据结构。

 Converting the binary data to NSString is a bad idea, that is why we have the class NSData. The OP wants to be able to send it as a data stream and then reconstruct it again; NSString will not be needed for this.
