需要准备的资源文件:
将android-sdk\tools\ant目录下的build.xml文件复制到项目根目录下,改名为antbuild.xml,需要修改两个地方,
1.<property name="java.encoding" value="GBK" />
2.<property name="out.final.file" location="计算机上的位置">
如果有配置文件,还需要增加配置文件的位置:<copy file="${config.dir}/config.properties" tofile="${out.dir}/classes/config.properties"/>
创建build.xml文件和build.properties文件,build.xml文件中主要循环执行release这个target,需要引入ant的库ant-contrib-1.0b3.jar

注意事项:
(1)执行ant命令时,出现编码问题:检查AndroidManifest.xml文件中是否存在中文注释,如果有,去掉中文注释,再次执行即可;
